OUR ViSION

Our Experience

  • We collectively possess over 125 years of successful experience as Trauma Response/ Social Emotional Learning (SEL) and Restorative Practice Coaches, K-12 School Administrators, Teacher-Leaders, Guidance Counselors, Mathematics Interventionists, and Literacy Interventionists.

  • Our team has successfully supported multiple schools in Southeast Michigan. Additionally, each of our associates has personally and successfully overseen the highly effective implementation of “Affective” and “Academic” improvement programs at scale in large and small urban and suburban school settings.
